By installing or using the SnitchBack extension, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't install or use the extension.
1. What SnitchBack is
SnitchBack is a browser extension that scans, inside your own browser and while you're logged in on instagram.com, which accounts don't follow you back. SnitchBack is not an official Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc. product, and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by them.
2. Permitted use
- SnitchBack only works on instagram.com and requires that you've logged into your own account yourself.
- You must not use SnitchBack to automate actions inside Instagram (following, unfollowing, sending messages) or for any use that violates Instagram's terms of service.
3. Free plan and Premium
- The free plan includes 2 full scans per month per installation.
- Premium plans (weekly or yearly) unlock unlimited scans while the subscription is active.
- Payments are processed through Stripe. You can cancel your subscription at any time from the billing management link; you'll keep Premium access until the end of the period already paid for.
- Unless applicable law states otherwise, payments already made are non-refundable once the subscription period has started.
4. No guarantees regarding your Instagram account
SnitchBack is not responsible for the possibility of losing your Instagram account. SnitchBack does not request or store your password and does not perform automated actions inside your account, but using any third-party extension alongside Instagram carries a risk we cannot fully eliminate, since it also depends on Instagram's policies, which can change without notice.
5. Limitation of liability
SnitchBack is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect damages, data loss, loss of access to your Instagram account, or any consequence arising from the use or inability to use the extension.
6. Changes to the service
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue SnitchBack, in whole or in part, at any time.
7. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms occasionally. The date of the last update appears at the top of this page. Continued use of SnitchBack after a change means you accept the new terms.
